I've been meaning to add an entity to the list for that. I guess &hand; will do.

Geez, what strange, funky characters! The superscripted c is easy: &c-super;, since there's already precedent for special superscripted characters coded with -super.
As for the reversed c with macron, I guess we could call it &c-reversed-long;.
The checking form will complain about these, of course. Don't worry about this. I'll make a note to add these to the character database later.
