First, good luck with the teaching. You're doing it right, good preparation is the best step for success.
The macros do work on Word for the Mac. I've written some for grad students that I tested succcessfully on a Mac. Used to have a PC and a MAC in my office for just such purposes. The first attachement was just the writeup so I will send the "OldEnglish.dot" file to your other address for you to try. Put it into a folder and access it as per writeup instructions.
BTW, anyone else that uses Word can get a copy of the writeup and macros by request.

I don't have ready access to a Windows machine to try them on. I guess maybe I should just go ahead and make a link to them; if there was some problem with the transmission or anything, I'll find out from others.
