Hi,
I've never included a list of external links as part of the Germanic Lexicon Project. This was a conscious choice: time is limited, and I'd rather put the time into producing primary materials than into maintaining links to other materials.
Ondrej Tichy is overseeing the main work on the Anglo-Saxon Dictionary these days. He'd be your best bet for discussing further collaboration.
