is &b-bar;. Like æ-acute;, &b-bar; is a project-defined entity and is not standard HTML.
There's a big table of all the recognized characters. Click on "About" and then on "Character Encoding Standards". However, it can be hard to find what you're looking for, so of course it's OK to just ask on the board.
