Fms. = Formanna Sögur. The list of abbreviations cross-references to Section E.I. in the Classification of Works and Authors: Sagas or Lives of the Kings of Norway and Denmark, and from there I see that Fms. ix and x are both Sturla Þórðarson's Hákonar Saga. So both citations apparently refer to that saga.
