I see what the problem is. There is supposed to be an empty line at the end of each page, but some files have been submitted without it. What this means is that the indexing program isn't seeing the page breaks for pages b0817, b0818, and b0819.
The fix is: the script that puts together the whole dictionary every week should insert an empty line at the end of each page if there isn't one.
If I still had time to do new work on the project, I'd fix this. :-(
