Sean: thanks very much for this - it will be very useful for my LaTeX conversion. A few images seem to be missing from that page (e.g. thorn). I have made my own encoding table which includes the LaTeX as well. You must have done something similar to make your pdf. Would you be able to share this? My table start like this:
