That character is already in the character database. It didn't give you an error when you checked the document, did it? (It shouldn't, so if it did, there must be a bug.)
In the manual, I didn't include every single character, because I didn't want to make the instructions overwhelming. There's a complete list of characters (some of which are found only in Torp); click the "About" tab, and then "Character encoding standards".

Looks like we all agree. :-) When the election is over, I hope to do the next round of global corrections soon. I can add bold to the Roman numerals automatically in most cases, so that you won't have to keep doing it by hand.
