Subject: Cleasby-Vigfusson b0093 encoding issues

On page 2 of the PDF for b0093 there are some characters that are not provided for in the annotation guidelines. Specifically in the last paragraph in the column:

- The right pointing finger. This can be encoded with U 261E, but there is no entity defined for it.

- The paragraph uses an "inverted C" with a bar over it. I didn't see this in Unicode, the closest being U 0254 LATIN SMALL LETTER OPEN O with a macron U 0304. Note that in this paragraph as well the first example includes a macron over a 'u' as well.

- This paragraph contains a superscripted 'c' as well. There isn't an applicable character in Unicode that I can see, but also no way of indicating superscripts in the markup.
