Thanks for posting your question!

If a word is in italic, then punctuation marks which 'touch' that word (i.e., have no spaces separating them from the word) should be italic as well. Likewise for bold.

However, it's OK if you don't worry about this too much. This is the kind of thing which it's easy to normalize later. After the hand corrections are done, I'll do some global search-and-replace operations on the whole dictionary to normalize this globally. (In fact, I already did do this particular global normalization once, but new instances of the non-preferred order will be created during hand correction, so I'll do it again later when we're all done.)
