Unfortunately, I don't know of a current OE etymological dictionary. For pronunciation, there are frankly a few widely differing theories on how certain things were pronounced, for instance the "short diphthongs". However, some work has been done on OE courses, which include pronunciation. I have heard good things about Stephen Pollington's "First Steps in Old English", which includes 2 CDs.

For a somewhat more in-depth treatment of OE phonology, I might recommend Joseph Voyle's "Early Germanic Grammar", but only if you are familiar with linguistics and know how to read phonological formulas; this book is not for the lay reader.

Good luck!

Nick
