Ondrej: thanks for the list. I still need to make a lot of other corrections for my LaTeX conversion to work - things like oacte for o-acute. Soon I should be able to send you a complete list.
Some other issues:
We have e.g. o-acute and o-long, where the original has always an acute in OE words. Should we convert o-long to o-acute always? But that could mess up the Latin.
The article á-fédan in the supplement has a bad corruption: S&&U appears. The correct character has tilde over 'ce' (page d0026). I can do this in LaTeX, but what will the html encoding of this be?
