Subject: Insular D on Cleasby-Vigfusson p94
We need to add a new entity for the insular D that appears on page 94 of C-V. I propose &d-insular; Whether this gets expanded to markup that changes font, or generates a new codepoint needs to be determined. There is a proposal for Latin Extension D that includes LATIN SMALL LETTER INSULAR D which is what we would eventually want to use: http://std.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc2/wg2/docs/n2957.pdf
