Fabio,
Sorry it took me so long to answer. I would recommend the following article:
Moulton, William G. 1954. The Stops and Spirants of Early Germanic. Language 30:1-42.
He discusses in depth the evidence for the pronunciation of the Gothic stops and fricatives, including the spelling of Gothic names in Latin, etc. I need to sit down and read it again carefully in light of the thread on this board on the pronunciation of Gothic.
