Well, it is unclear whether this character, U 2184, is intended semantically to be the same character as that in the Cleasby-Vigfusson manuscript. So for now this is up in the air, at least what the value of the entity should end up with.

Also, there is currently a proposal,

for Latin Extended-D, which includes a proposed LATIN SMALL LETTER INSULAR D. I suggest that we add a new entity &d-insular for this.
