§302. To this class also belong:—biugan, to bend; đriugan, to serve as a soldier; giutan, to pour; hlufan, to mourn; dis-hniupan, to break asunder; kiusan, to test · kriustan, to gnash · liudan, to grow; liugan, to lie; fra-liusan, to lose; ga-lūkan, to shut; niutan, to enjoy; siukan, to be sick; af-skiuban, to push aside; sliupan, to slip; þliuhan, to flee; us-þriutan, to trouble.
NOTE.—ga-lūkan (-la.uk, -lukum, -lukans) is properly an aorist present, like Gr. τυφω, τρίβω. See § 280.
CLASS III.
